A competitive festival of short films. The Grand Prix for Best Film carries with it a cash prize of 5,000 EUR. In cooperation with Vodafone Czech Republic, Prague Short Film Festival holds another competition, Vodafone Ultrashorts, in which young filmmakers can enter films that do not exceed 80 seconds. The length is the only criteria – there are no restrictions on subject or production method. The three best films, announced during the gala closing ceremony, are awarded a cash prize of 1,000 EUR and included in a collection of short films distributed by Vodafone via mobile phones.
