East Silver is now open twice a year: East Silver Videolibrary will be held within the newEast Doc Platform, organized by the Institute of Documentary Film (IDF) in Prague, Czech Republic, in March, 6 – 11, 2012, in association with the One World International Human Rights Documentary Film Festival. The 9th edition of the East Silver Market will take place at the 16th Jihlava International Documentary Film Festival in October 23 – 28, 2012, Jihlava, Czech Republic.
Don’t let you film grow old! If you submit your documentary before January 10, 2012, your film will be considered for the East Silver Videolibrary, held within East Doc Platform, and may benefit from the following bonuses:
• No administration fee for films included in the East Silver Videolibrary
• Extended online display at East Silver Streaming (from March 2012 to October 2013)
• Possibility for the inclusion in East Silver Caravan and access to international film festivals
• Possibility to be honored with the East Doc Platform Award
• Your submission will remain valid for the 16th Jihlava International Documentary Film Festival 2012
This call is open for completed documentaries produced after January 1, 2011, which were not previously submitted for East Silver market.
