Synopsis

The protagonist, Orly (32), is from Chile, but has been living in Barcelona for the last ten years. She is an professional demonstrator touring key anti-globalization demonstrations with her husband, Linus (35). Unlike Linus, Orly has lost her revolutionary fire. Her attitude towards activism is taking a similar course to her marriage: from fondness to alienation, and Orly is now gathering the strength to ditch both. At the last rally, a policeman dies and Linus saves Orly from the police, thus becoming the main suspect. Because of this, Orly cannot leave her husband or refuse to perform the next task: to take advantage of a young Czech, Matej (19), who is unknowingly carrying explosives in his car to be used at the next protest in Prague. Orly doesn’t like the idea of accepting a job that she knows will be her last one no matter what. The two nights that she spends on the road with the youth, Matej, make Orly look back at her attitudes towards life and also prompt her to flee the trap that she has found herself in.
