Synopsis
A black comedy about an unlikely hero. The Führer is back. The fact that he is a clone of Hitler doesn‘t stop him from wanting to clear his name and do good deeds. Or at least to try! Hitler‘s clone thinks he is the master of the world. He thinks he won World War II and that his Third Reich now, at the beginning of the twenty-first century, extense from Asia to Africa. And Uganda is on its last legs. At least in his mind. The truth is somewhat different. Hitler is a guinea pig. Working with the concept “who else would deserve this more”? a team of European scientists are testing various drugs on him. Hitler now lives on stories about the war he thinks he won and on dozens of experimental drugs. They fool him into thinking that he is very ill and must stay in isolation. One day, however, he discovers that he isn’t the ruler of the world – he’s more of an evil historical caricature for most people. When he gets over the shock, he decides to astonish everyone and to turn his life around 180 degrees. He will become a hero and do good. And he isn’t kept waiting long with his first opportunity. As part of their research project to develop the pure essence of evil, the scientists who cloned Hitler are planning to do the same with Satan himself – which will of course mean the end of the world. So Adolf Hitler must save the world. But given his nature, it certainly won‘t be easy.
