Synopsis

Two emigrants return to their homeland, Slovakia, for a few days. Karol needs to get divorced because he
wants to remarry. Rudo, hired by Karol’s fiancée, is supposed to keep an eye on him while maintaining
a low profile. Upon arriving in Bratislava, however, unforeseen events begin to complicated things. The
past has waited on these two tragicomic protagonists and now they have to prove who they are. Of
course, they are not the only ones looking to get what they want. This ironic picture of today reveals
several personal stories. They could end in tragedy but, as it goes, turn out to be painfully funny and
sometimes even cruel, misunderstandings.
