Synopsis

Visual variation of recognizing a woman in the labyrinth of the city with accompany of Emil Viklický music. The basic theme of the film is a relationship between a woman and a town, their dialogue, their passings and meetings. The stories-based film introduces the encounters of the magical town and the woman in four seasons, moods, rhythms and stories. The main character, a Slovak student Julie, searches for hope, knowledge and love. Accompanying her through the town is a mysterious figure of “Jecminek”, who helps ever so slightly to fulfil the destiny. The film carries touches of a fairytale fantasy, Moravian lyricism and of something you have not yet seen in any other Czech film.
