Synopsis
A black-and-white film FROM documentarist and cameraman Ivan Vojnár paced to the rhythm of a winter landscape. Set at the beginning of the last century, a man withdraws to distant parts to see if he can live in harmony with nature. The dramatically loose flow of the minimalistic plot is rounded out by the spiritual music of Irena Havlová and Vojtěch Havel and songs by accordionist Václav Koubek (who also stars).
