Synopsis

Václav Vorlíček and Miloš Macourek's coproduction fairy tale translates the classic story and famed ballet Swan Lake INTO the language of fun, adventure, and magic. The evil Queen of the Lake Empire tries to destroy the love between Prince Victor and enchanted Princess Odette. The narrative is rounded out with other stories telling of, for example, young pearl gatherers imprisoned by the cruel ruler of the underwater world, and the sad tale of the water sprite's wife.
