Synopsis
An English-language detective drama produced by and starring Czech actor Martin Dejdar. He plays a police inspector who journeys to Ravenscroft manor to investigate the ostensibly accidental death of a young man. Several women live in the house, each of whom is hiding a secret about her relationship to the deceased. Masterful production, excellent performances, and intelligent humor are among the film's strong points, but unfortunately it received little acclaim FROM Czech audiences. Greta Scacchi and Peter O'Toole also star.
