Synopsis

This documentary (subtitled In Our Hearts) is a foretaste of an extensive work about
institutionalized power. It takes up the Prague summit of the North Atlantic alliance. In addition to commentary provided by summit employees, this comprehensive overview brings together statements by onetime dissident and current representative of the establishment, Alexandr Vondra, with the attitudes of philosopher Václav Bělohradský and representatives of the anarchist movement. The filmmaker seeks to ascertain the impact of the meeting even away from the conference center a suburban shopping mall prepared cultural events during the summit for those allegedly threatened by anarchists in downtown Prague. But wasn`t the true danger the hysteria generated by the reinstitution of a police state?
