DOCU TALENTS projects
DOCU TALENTS FROM THE EAST is a presentation of 9 outstanding East European documentary projects in the post-production stage aiming at festival and theatrical distribution and scheduled for release between July 2010 and July 2011.

The projects are presented by directors and producers within the Karlovy Vary IFF industry programme. The audience consists of key international festival programmers, sales agents and distributors. The projects are already funded and seek further festival releases and international distribution.
Docu Talents consists of a presentation, networking cocktail, individual consultations with world sales, other networking events at the Karlovy Vary IFF and an ongoing promotion at http://www.DOKweb.net.
Since 2005, Docu Talents from the East has been organized with the aim to support future distribution of East European creative documentary films. It is organized by Institute of Documentary film in co-operation with Karlovy vary IFF. Main partner: Jihlava IDFF.
