River fest 2010 coming soon
RIVER FILM FEST is a cultural and social event focussing mainly on the presentation of cinema art in conjunction with other art forms and social sciences. Its distinguishing characteristic is its appeal to both professionals and lay audience alike. Maximum programme quality is achieved by a dramaturgical concept which comprises three main programme cycles (Belle Époque, A History of French Cinema, The Polish Film of Moral Anxiety). Apart from screening films, these chapters will be thematically supported by concerts, exhibitions, theatre, workshops, lectures and international panel discussions. These in turn influence the content of the other minor chapters as well as the nature of all non-filmic events.
