Two czech films are nominated for European Oscar
In wider nomination on european vesion of Oscar award are two Czech films: 3 seasons in hell(direcred by Tomáš Mašín) and Kawasaki's rose(directed by Jan Hřebejk). These films were selected into a group of 46 films, by comission consisting of 5 delegates(there was not a Czech delegate).
About the result will decide the comission of more than two thousand European film academy members. The results will be anounced in Sevilla - on 6th November
The rivals of czech films will be for example Ghostwriter from Roman Polanski, Socialisme by Jean - Luc Godard or new film by Fridrik Thor Fridriksson Mama Gogó.
