3x Jan Švankmajer at Rotterdam Festival
January 24, 2011 – Czech film will once again be represented at the International Film Festival Rotterdam, this time at the festival's upcoming 40th edition (January 26 – February 6, 2011), where Jan Švankmajer's new movie, Surviving Life (Theory and Practice), will be presented in the official selection. Additionally, his upcoming project, Insects, has been selected for the parallel co-production market, CineMart. Lastly, an exhibition of the filmmaker's collages will run in Rotterdam through Febuarary.
