Offer participation at the MIDPOINT
We offer participation in the second international training program Midpoint: Central European Script Center, which is intended for students and recent graduates screenwriting, directing and production project with a short or feature film (minimum length 25 minutes). FAMU program coordinated and cooperate in it four other film schools - PWSFTViT in Lodz, SZFE in Budapest, Bucharest and UNATC the Performing Arts in Bratislava.
Participants midpoint offers:
• programming of projects
• the opportunity to try out international cooperation for development scenarios
• links between screenwriters, directors and producers with the possibility of further cooperation
The program consists of two workshops:
Workshop 1 to 17 - 25 6th 2011 Piestany / SK (in collaboration with the festival Art Film Fest IFF)
Workshop 2 - end of August 2011, CR (in cooperation with the Fresh Film Fest IFF)
Participation fee: 80 EUR (both workshops) for participants from the five partner film school (FAMU PWSFTViT, SZFE, UNATC, Performing Arts)
240 EUR (both workshops) for participants from other European schools
The best projects of short and feature film-related prizes will be awarded with a cash prize 1000 EUR (short film project) and EUR 1500 (feature film project).
