Film essay about classical and postmodern supervision mechanisms. Reading again Michel Foucault´s Discipline and Punish, through experience of people who are or were monitored, former secret service agents, architecture theorist, imprisoned writer, security software expert, the film seeks for a perfect application of the panoptical principle.
