Oksana Moiseniuk was born in Ukraine, where she graduated from the faculty of journalism at the Lviv National University of Ivan Franko. She lives in the Czech Republic, where she had worked as a journalist and television editor. Later she has founded a production with which she produced educational and commercial spots, programs and reports for Czech TV stations.
She is currently involved in educational programs on documentaries, working on the feature length debut documentary film with the working title "Ukrainian Centaurs".
