Can one change the world through writing? Does literature have such power? This brave and urgent idea is inspired by the work of writer Radka Denemarková. Our film will follow the creation of her new novel, and her life and activities during the period of writing the book, which will deal with Taiwanese democratic society and its painful counterpart, for Radka, the society in our country. Radka travels a lot, participates in readings, gives speeches and lectures. She is renowned for her activist stance, she is a woman who is guaranteed to break the boredom wherever she comes. She has the power to overlap from books into society, to stir discussion, to point out issues that many people don't see so clearly. She feels responsibility very much, to literature, to herself and to the world.
